Apple iPhone SE 2020...
At the start of 2020, conducive to nostalgia, Apple has unveiled a mobile phone that reminds us of 2017. The iPhone SE comes in an iPhone 8 case but enjoys the power of an iPhone 11. It is  therefore a mobile with limited dimensions, as it is quite rare to see today.  Will it satisfy users?  First elements of answers.
The iPhone SE, finally a small smartphone.

Nostalgic grip....

With its 138.4 mm in height, this iPhone SE is 1 cm smaller than the Pixel 4 (147.1 mm).  It is therefore held very well with one hand.  If the borders are not aesthetic, they allow on the other hand to browse the screen with the thumb without problem.  A real plus at a time when the size of smartphones is becoming excessive.  By its size, this new model also allows it to weigh only 148 gr, which does not spoil anything.  Finally, Touch ID remains as effective as ever.  This handling promises to be quite pleasant, especially since this mobile, like the iPhone 8, benefits from excellent finishes.  It is therefore a smartphone both dedicated to small purses, but also to those nostalgic for small screens.

Limited autonomy...

The screen of the iPhone SE is identical to that of the iPhone 8, with a diagonal of 4.7 inches, for a definition of 750 x 1334 px at 16: 9 ratio.  The IPS panel looks pretty good with a colorimetry adjusted correctly by the True Tone, but you have to get used to it.  If the format was still classic in 2017, we have since become accustomed to large smartphone screens.  Here, your series or film will be displayed in small.

The back of the iPhone SE...

This iPhone SE also brings us back to a time when secondary modules were still scarce.  No ultra wide angle on the program, only a standard wide angle equipped with a 12 megapixel sensor.  This one offers good quality and rather realistic shots, in particular thanks to the good optimization signed by Apple.  At the front, the 7 megapixel module offers decent selfies, without being incredible.

When it comes to power, Apple's A13 chip clearly gets the job done.  The mobile manages multitasking easily and also provides the game side. The smartphone is still powered by a 1,821 mAh accumulator.  Our concerns therefore concern the autonomy of the terminal, because if there is one point on which the "small" current smartphones are fishing (such as the Google Pixel 4 and the Galaxy S20), it is in this sector.  So let's wait for the test to find out more.
