Here are the steps to create a bootable USB drive using Rufus:

1. Download and install the latest version of Rufus from the official website (https://rufus.ie/).
2. Insert the USB drive into your computer and launch Rufus.
3. In the "Device" dropdown menu, select the USB drive that you want to use as the bootable drive.
4. Under "Boot selection", click the "SELECT" button and navigate to the ISO file or DVD containing the operating system you want to install.
5. Make sure that the "Partition scheme" and "Target system" options are set correctly for your USB drive and the operating system you are installing.
6. Click the "Start" button to begin the process of creating the bootable USB drive.
7. A warning message will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to erase the selected USB drive. Click "OK" to continue.
8. Rufus will begin copying the files to the USB drive and creating the bootable USB. This process may take a few minutes.
9. Once the process is complete, you will see a message indicating that the bootable USB has been created successfully. You can now safely remove the USB drive from your computer and use it to boot and install the operating system on another computer.
